Quality Issues

If you receive business cards with printing defects, color inconsistencies, or quality issues that differ from the approved proof, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will:

Proof Approval

Please carefully review your digital proof before approving it for production. Once you approve a proof, we print your cards exactly as shown. We cannot accept returns for:

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following are generally non-returnable:

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with the shipping carrier and arrange for replacement printing at no cost to you.
